You're Under Contract! Based on the terms of your Purchase and Sale Agreement, we will provide you with a detailed timeline that will establish deadlines for your transaction from contract to close and schedule inspections within the agreed upon timeline and schedule an appraisal if necessary. Any and all results and reports will be reviewed, discussed and negotiated as needed to assure that you proceed to closing with confidence.

Once the title attorney gives you the clear to close, you will receive a settlement statement to review for accuracy. Your agent will provide you with a utility list for your new home to establish your accounts and a final walk-thru will be scheduled to inspect the property within 24 hours prior to closing. On closing day you will need a valid ID and a check for incidentals. After signing you will leave with the keys to your new home!
